Whether you are at the start of your motherhood journey or well into it, I offer support with strengthening your body to prepare it to carry the greatest gift there is and also help you to feel like your self again after childbirth. Focusing on rebuilding your core and confidence on the other side of pregnancy. 

During pregnancy, exercise can help you stay in shape and prepare for labor and delivery.  Pre-natal exercise can reduce backaches, constipation, bloating and swelling, boost your mood and energy levels, help you sleep better, prevent excess weight gain and promote muscle tone, strength and endurance to name a few.  As a mother myself I know how how it feels to navigate a huge change while wanting and trying to give you and your baby the healthiest pregnancy experience you can and not knowing where to start. 

I will be there to support you through your pregnancy as we work through tackling myths that aren't helpful for your physical health while pregnant as well as building new healthy habits for your nutrition and exercise.
